1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, "Platform" refers to bx33's website, app, and all associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any individual who is receiving services through a registered account on bx33. "We" or "bx33" refers to the entity operating the platform.

• "Bonus" — additional balance or benefit granted as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount of bets required before winnings from a bonus become withdrawable.
• "KYC" — the customer identity verification process.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account on bx33, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately.
• You must register using true, accurate, and complete information.
• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts are non-transferable; allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on bx33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method registered on the account.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

bx33 does not accept third-party payments or anonymous methods for any transaction. All transactions are monitored in compliance with anti-money laundering guidelines.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bx33 offers various promotional offers. These offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount, on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion may have its own expiry date and additional conditions.
• Bonuses are single-use only; a bonus cannot be claimed again from the same account, household, or IP address.
• bx33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 VIP Program Terms

bx33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Cashback is paid out every weekend and is added directly to the account balance.
• Advancement or demotion in VIP tier is entirely at bx33's discretion.
• VIP benefits cannot be converted to cash but can be used within the same account.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bx33 platform. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by placing opposing bets from two or more accounts ("bonus abuse").
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating accounts for minors or assisting them in playing games.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.

7 Responsible Gaming

bx33 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our users to enjoy entertainment safely and with awareness.

• You can set deposit limits, bet limits, or session limits on your account at any time.
• A temporary or permanent account break ("self-exclusion") can be taken at your own request or at bx33's discretion.

9 Game Results & Fair Play

All games on bx33 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game results are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• No game result is predetermined; each spin and bet is determined independently.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, we will attempt to restore the previous state.
• Please notify our support team of any technical issues or unusual results.
• bx33's decision will be considered final in any dispute relating to game results.

11 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

bx33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• In the case of prolonged inactivity (no activity for at least 180 days).

12 Limitation of Liability

bx33 strives to provide the highest quality service. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Losses caused by disruption to internet connectivity.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Issues arising from your device or software.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable events.

Under no circumstances will bx33's maximum liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

13 Right to Modify Terms

bx33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified via their account email in the event of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• You have the right to close your account if you do not agree to the modified terms.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you are requested to first notify our support team. We are able to resolve most issues through discussion.

• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you have the option to file a formal complaint.
• bx33 will review all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
• The final decision will be communicated to each party in writing.

15 Applicable Law

These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. As a user, it is your responsibility to be informed about the laws of your own country and to use the platform accordingly.
